Paul and Patricia Bragg proven correct in ACV Book

For years, triglycerides, a sneaky kind of limpid fat in our blood, hid in the shadows and many in the medical field ignored them as a threat to healthy hearts.  During that same time period, two voices – Paul and Patricia Bragg – provided clear warnings about the dangers of high triglyceride levels.  In their best-selling book, Apple Cider Vinegar: Miracle Health System, they stated that apple cider vinegar was one of the best wholistic weapons against the accumulation of fat in our blood streams.

It turns out that Paul and Patricia were right on both counts.  Medical scientists are now agreeing that high triglyceride levels are an indicator of looming heart disease – the number one killer in the United States.

“If you’ve been keeping an eye on your blood pressure and cholesterol levels, there’s something else you might need to monitor; your triglycerides,” stated a recent article sponsored by the Mayo Clinic. “Having a high level of triglycerides in your blood can increase your risk of heart disease,” which causes about one in fourth deaths in the US each year.

In the past, few doctors paid attention to triglycerides, but medical research now supports what Paul and Patricia have said for decades.  It has become an indicator that medical professionals are now taking quite seriously.

Apple cider vinegar, which  offers an extraordinarily wide range of health benefits from healing damaged skin to helping prevent gall stones, has been found in medical tests to reduce triglyceride levels.  A study from Japan, for example found that: “Body weight, BMI, visceral fat area, waist circumference, and serum triglyceride levels were significantly lower in both vinegar intake groups.”  The 12-week study concluded that daily intake of apple cider vinegar could also be useful in the reduction of obesity.

The dangers of high triglycerides are finally being taken seriously, as Paul and Patricia Bragg recommended for decades.  There are many other health issues discussed in the Apple Cider Vinegar Book – you can get your copy inside!

Bragg ACV for Hair – Dandruff, Baldness, Itching Scalp, Dry and Thinning Hair

(Excerpt from APPLE CIDER VINEGAR – Miracle Health System)

The high acidity (organic malic acid) plus the powerful enzymes (“mother’s” life chemicals) in ACV kill the bottle bacillus, a germ that can clog tiny openings and is responsible for many scalp and hair conditions such as dandruff, itching scalp, thinning hair and often baldness. Every human hair has its own oil can. Scales and small dry crusts are formed, resulting in itching and dandruff. The oil-starved hairs either fall out or break off, causing hair thinning and baldness. ACV not only kills bottle bacillus, but stimulates the oil cans for healthier activity.

• For dandruff: put 2-3 Tbsps. ACV in cup – part hair in sections, sponge ACV directly on scalp, wrap head with towel 20 minutes. ACV helps restore scalp’s proper acid/alkaline balance. Do before every shampoo.

• For dry hair: weekly apply Bragg Organic Olive Oil to hair and ACV to scalp, then wrap with hot wet towel. Leave on 30 minutes to 2 hours before shampooing.

• To help stimulate hair growth and prevent hair loss:

• Mix 2 Tbsps ACV and tiny pinch cayenne powder. Apply to scalp hour before shampooing (keep out of eyes!).

• Mix royal jelly cap (pierce open), tiny pinch cayenne powder and 1 tsp Bragg Vinegar. Pat on bald areas,
towel wrap, leave on overnight. Many get great results.
